Three Pastry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. washed blackberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/3 c. plain flour
    3 pastry shells (Pillsbury's pie crust is the best)
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 c. sugar with 1/3 c. plain flour. Mix berries with sugar-flour mixture. Place pastry in bottom of pan of desired size---either homemade or bought crust. Add layer of berries---dot with butter. Add another layer of pastry--- the berries---dot with butter. Place on the top crust and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until brown and juice bubbles through top crust, (about 30 to 35 minutes).
