Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh crawfish, boiled
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small tomato can water
    garlic salt to taste
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Saute until tender. Add crawfish tails and saute.
    Add soups.
    Pour in tomato sauce and can of water.
    Cook slowly.
    Season with garlic salt.
    Red pepper is optional.
