Oil Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.
    Combine milk with oil in measuring cup.
    Whip with a fork until thick and creamy. Immediately pour all at once over flour mixture.
    Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened.
    Press into shape in pie pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes per pie shell.
    Serve with whipped cream.
