Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. pineapple tidbits
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 c. water
    2 pkg. sweet and sour mix
    1 c. green peppers, cut in strips
Preparation
    Mix together beef, egg, salt, pepper, onion and cornstarch. Shape into marble size balls.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs.
    Remove balls from skillet; wipe skillet clean of all drippings.
    Combine pineapple juice, water and sauce mix in skillet, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add tidbits, green pepper and meatballs.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
