Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, sifted
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix the first nine ingredients and blend well with mixer until smooth.
Fold in prunes, raisins and pecans separately.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake on center shelf for one hour at 350\u00b0.
