Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. rice
    1/2 c. mushroom soup
    zucchini
Preparation
    Mix sausage with raw rice.
    Hollow out zucchini.
    Place in baking dish and stuff mixture in hollow.
    Pour 1/2 cup mushroom soup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until sausage is done and zucchini tender.
