Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Cut pork liver and pork chops in small pieces; cook until tender.
    Add salt and pepper, plenty of onions and a little sage. Mash to make hash.
    Serve with dry peas, stewed tomatoes and cracklin' bread.
    Good winter meal.
