Pie Shell For One 9-Inch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening (Crisco works the best)
2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, shortening and water together until it is crumbly.
Knead or mix by hand until a ball is formed.
Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper, larger than a 9-inch pie pan. Remove top wax paper.
Place pie plate over crust and turn plate, crust and paper over.
Remove paper and shape into pan.
Pierce sides and bottom with fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown, about 10 minutes.
