Cappuccino Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate pieces
6 Tbsp. butter, cut in 6 pieces
1 1/2 Tbsp. instant Espresso or coffee powder
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation

Cook on high until almost melted, stirring until smooth. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
With hands shape tablespoons into balls.
Roll in chopped nuts, cocoa powder or powdered sugar. Refrigerate.
