Low-Fat Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    pinch of salt
    5 to 6 c. flour
    margarine
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and then add sugar.
    Add salt and gradually add flour until stickiness is gone but not firm.
    Let raise until double in size.
    Knead about 5 minutes.
    Roll out. Spread margarine over dough.
    Generously spread brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up and cut in 1-inch sections.
    Let raise until double in size and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
