Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff. Blend in 1 cup brown sugar and vanilla flavoring. Dip pecans in mixture and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
