Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    4 Tbsp. pignoli nuts
    seasoning to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Parboil cabbage and separate leaves.
    Combine ground beef with rice, catsup, nuts and seasonings as desired, mixing well.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons ground beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf, rolling to enclose filling.
    Arrange cabbage rolls in a large soup pot. Top with lemon juice, garlic and tomatoes.
    Place plate on top. Simmer for 35 to 45 minutes or until cooked through.
