Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
    1 c. Pet milk
    2 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter; add cocoa and blend well.
    Stir in evaporated milk.
    Gradually mix in powdered sugar and salt until smooth and creamy.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread evenly.
    Refrigerate until cool and firm, about 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
