Low-Fat Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small onion
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Cook onion and turkey in a large pot.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer for an hour.
Take out bay leaf.
Serve with Mexican Cornbread.
