Cube Steaks In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 cube steaks
1 pkg. gravy mix (brown or mushroom)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water

Preparation

In plastic bag, shake steaks in the gravy mix.
Brown quickly in butter.
Add remaining gravy from bag by adding some of the water to the bag and pour into the pan with the cube steaks.
Add rest of water to the pan.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
This is also good made with beef cubes and served over rice.
