Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. scallions, chopped fine
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Roquefort cheese
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    12 to 14 mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute scallions in butter; do not brown.
    Add cheese and let melt.
    Stuff caps and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
