Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 pkg. chocolate bits
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans (pieces)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
(Very important.)
The egg whites should be at room temperature.
Beat whites slowly; add sugar and salt. Fold in \"bits and pieces.\"
Oil cookie sheets with butter or margarine.
Drop cookies with spoon.
Put in preheated oven; cut off oven and leave at least 3 hours.
May be left overnight.
