Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. finely grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar in large mixing bowl using electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add grated carrots to mixture.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
