Chocolate Brownie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk *
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring to a boil cocoa, margarine and water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Five minutes before cake is done, fix frosting.
    Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
