Garlic Thyme Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boned chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, mashed or chopped finely
2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh thyme or 1 Tbsp. dry
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Prepare chicken several hours ahead:
Rub oil well into chicken with fingers, then rub in garlic, thyme, lemon juice, oregano and pepper.
Place chicken in skillet; add water.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
Chicken should be brown on the outside and no longer pink on the inside. Serve immediately.
