Chicken Fajitas On The Grill - cooking recipe

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
flour tortillas
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
salsa
lettuce
sour cream
sliced avocado (optional)
Preparation

In shallow dish, combine first 10 ingredients; mix well.
Add chicken breasts; turn to coat with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain chicken; reserve marinade.
Grill chicken on covered grill, basting often with marinade, until done, approximately 15 minutes.
