Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine chopped carrots
    1/2 c. fine chopped onions
    1/4 c. fine chopped celery
    1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots, onion and celery in butter.
    Stir in flour, add salt and broth.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Stir in milk and add cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Do not allow soup to boil.
