Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw zucchini
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
