Chicken Intrigue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned (remove all skin and fat)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle red Russian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in shallow baking dish or casserole dish.
    Combine ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    Sauce is excellent served over rice.
