Snowball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 angel food cake
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine and cold water.
Add boiling water; stir. Add pineapple with juice, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Mix well together and let almost set in refrigerator.
Tear up in bite size pieces the angel food cake.
Mix together with gelatine mixture and 1/2 Cool Whip.
Spread in pan and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
