Bulgarian Apple Cake("You Don'T Have To Peel The Apples!") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. chopped unpeeled apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to first mixture and beat well. Stir in apples and nuts. Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
