Rolls Or Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour over this 1 cup boiling water.
Stir until lard melts. Add 1 cup cold water.
Add 1 cup lukewarm water with 1 package dry yeast dissolved in it.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead a little and put in a bowl to raise.
You can put in refrigerator to raise if you want.
Punch down and make into bread or rolls to raise again until double.
Bake bread at 350\u00b0 or rolls at 400\u00b0.
Makes 3 loaves or lots of rolls.
