Beef Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak (1/8-inch thick), cut into 6 pieces
    6 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 bacon slices, diced
    3 small dill pickles, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles or rice
Preparation
    Spread each piece meat with a teaspoon mustard; mix bacon, pickles and onion together in a small bowl.
    Spoon along one end of each piece of meat.
    Roll up, jelly roll fashion, and tie securely with string or fasten with toothpicks.
