Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 c. fine grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs,
oil,
sugar, flour and vanilla alternately. Add other ingredients.\tPour into two greased loaf pans or one oblong pan.
Bake until
loaf springs back when touched.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
