Challah Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    9 to 10 c. flour
    1 extra egg (for glaze)
Preparation
    In large, glass bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of the sugar in water.
    Let sit for 10 minutes.
    Add salt, remaining sugar, oil and 4 eggs; mix well.
    Add 3 cups of flour at a time until you have a firm dough.
