Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cups thin pretzel sticks - Broken Up Fine
    3/4 Cup Melted Butter
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    6 oz. Strawberry Jello
    2 Cups Hot Water
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Strawberries
    1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese - Softened
    1 Cup Sugar - \"Scant\"
    1 Large Cool Whip
