Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 cut up boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake 1 unfilled pricked pie crust until very lightly browned at 400\u00b0. Combine margarine, broth, evaporated milk and flour in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chicken, eggs, salt and pepper. Add additional broth if too thick. Pour in lightly browned pie crust. Cover with 2nd pie crust and seal edges of filled pie crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is browned.
