Ingredients

1/2 pie crust recipe
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. scalded milk
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Line pie plate with pastry.
Combine egg, salt and sugar in a bowl; add milk gradually, then add coconut and mix.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Decrease heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
