Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt/pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all other ingredients. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
