Stockpile Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cored, seeded and cubed tomatoes (about 10 large tomatoes)
    3 carrots, cut into chunks
    2 onions, quartered
    1/3 c. fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except tomato paste in a 2-quart glass measuring cup.
    Cover with plastic wrap, venting at one corner.
    Microwave on High (100%) power 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    In food processor or electric blender, process one-third of the quantity with 1 can tomato paste until smooth. Repeat with remaining vegetables and tomato paste.
    Freeze in 2-cup amounts to use for spaghetti, lasagna or pizza.
