Spiced Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 can apricots, drained
1 jar spiced apple rings, drained
1 large can pears, drained
1 bottle cherries, drained
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour juice off everything (save the pineapple juice).
Cook the pineapple juice with butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon until hot.
Pour over fruit and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring several times to coat the
fruit while cooking.
