E-Z Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie shells
1 pt. half and half cream
5 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. chopped ham
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix half and half, eggs and flour well.
Line pie shell with Swiss cheese; fill bottom with ham.
Add egg mixture and cover with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is golden brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
