Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    salt and pepper
    large chopped onion
    4 whole cloves
    2 whole bay leaves
    2 large Tbsp. paprika
    4 cans Campbell's beef broth
    flour
    canola oil
    wide noodles
Preparation
    Chop up chuck roast into bite size pieces. Salt and pepper and flour and brown in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add beef broth until it covers meat. Add 2 whole cloves, 2 bay leaves and paprika until soup is red looking, about 2 to 4 tablespoons. Cover and bring to boil, then turn down heat to simmer. Simmer for 2 hours or until roast is tender. Cook wide noodles and serve goulash over the noodles. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: 2 hours.
