Squash Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium squash (yellow or white)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
    1 stick butter
    cinnamon or apple pie spice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Boil, drain and mash squash. Add eggs, flour, sugar and flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
