Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

Add rice and water into pot.
Cover.
At medium heat, cook until all water is absorbed.
Take off stove.
Add sugar and milk. Cook on medium heat.
When it starts to boil, lower heat to a simmer (very low simmer).
It takes about 1 hour to cook.
(Stir 4 or 5 times during the hour.)
Beat the eggs, vanilla and half and half.
Set aside until all milk is absorbed.
Put the heat on high. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and half and half.
Stir 60 times until it bubbles.
It will look loose.
