Kahlua(Liqueur) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sugar
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 oz. instant coffee
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 oz. pure vanilla extract
    1 fifth 190 proof grain alcohol
Preparation
    Simmer sugar and water for 5 minutes or longer for thicker syrup.
    Let cool.
    Put instant coffee and water in saucepan. Bring to boil.
    Let cool.
    Mix together.
    Add vanilla and alcohol. Makes about 5 fifths of liquor.
