Chicken Escort - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large fryer
2 pkg. Escort crackers
1/4 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Preparation

Boil the fryer until tender, then debone it.
Crumble the crackers with 1/4 stick butter, melted, on the bottom of casserole.
Mix the soups and sour cream.
Layer crackers, chicken and soup mixture.
After about 2 layers, dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
