Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. fresh corn (canned or frozen)
    3 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk or light cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick; add corn.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Slowly stir in milk or cream and blend in butter. Combine with corn mixture (mix well).
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Pudding is done when knife is inserted in center and it comes out clean.
