Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add flour and buttermilk, a little at a time.
Mix oil, coconut flavoring and coconut.
Mix with a spoon. Pour in a Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
