Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle ketchup
    1 bottle water (from ketchup bottle)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients in the order listed.
    Let sauce simmer on the stove for about 1 hour and then add 1 pound to 1 1/2 pounds chipped ham per recipe.
    Let meat and sauce simmer for at least 1 hour.
