Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 c. peeled, sliced apples (Jonathan or Granny Smith)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    9-inch double pie crust
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Toss lightly with apples.
    Heap in pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Slit.
    Cover edges with foil.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
