Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes (8 per tube) refrigerated crescent rolls
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. green onions, diced
    3/4 c. diced tomatoes
    3/4 c. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. radishes
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped
    3/4 c. each: any other vegetables desired
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cover bottom of an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet with the unrolled sheets of crescent rolls; pat and stretch to fit sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
