Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot sausage (mild can be used)
Preparation

Leave sausage out to soften.
Put all into large bowl and knead until all is blended well.
Make into small balls and chill. Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Serve with a toothpick.
