Better Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. low-fat milk
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine pumpkin with dry ingredients. Slighlty beat egg yolks with egg whites, then blend with low-fat milk and pour evaporated skim milk.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
