Italian Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 Idaho baking potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled
8 oz. butter
1 pkg. dry Good Seasons mix
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Melt butter in glass baking dish.
Roll potatoes in butter in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle Good Seasons mix on potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done and golden brown.
Serves 4 to 8.
